That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their LooKosmetics experience. Although they are not rules, they are general things to keep in mind to ensure that your and others’ experience with us runs as smoothly as possible.

LooKosmetics is inclusive and accepting for all and we expect clients to treat staff and other clients present in the clinic with the same respect that will be given to them.

All information shared with your practitioner is confidential and will not be shared with others. 

​

We will ask for your consent before sharing any ‘before and after’ pictures on social media.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way and that is why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. 

​

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we will do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked, and we will send you an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

​

If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go or don't show, we will charge a percentage for your chosen treatment as stated and agreed to when making your booking.

RUNNING LATE?

LooKosmetics is a popular clinic meaning that we are usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
